What happens to the borrowed equipment in case of damage?
Before renting the equipment, the lessee and the lessor sign a contract in which the lessee's responsibility towards the borrowed equipment is described. At the time of collection, the equipment must be in working order and without damage, which the lessee can verify for himself.
Is it possible to pay by card?
no It is only possible to pay in cash when picking up the borrowed equipment.
Is it possible to rent e-bikes by the hour?
Hourly rental of e-bikes is not possible during the season, as the battery must be 100% charged at the time of rental, which unfortunately cannot be guaranteed with hourly rental. However, it is possible to rent by the hour in the off-season winter months. The price is then negotiable.
In the case of renting bicycles, do you advise us and recommend cycling routes?
Yes. To everyone who rents a bike from us, we explain exactly the chosen cycling route and advise him which route would be the best for him. When renting, the tenant also receives a map of cycling routes.
